Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Niory Dashboard (the "Service"), operated by Niory ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Niory Dashboard lets you connect your own social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) to create, schedule, and publish content, and to view performance analytics for content you post through connected accounts you control.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Connected Platform Accounts

When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok), you authorize us to access that account only for the permissions you explicitly grant during the connection flow, and only to perform actions you initiate within the dashboard — such as uploading or publishing content you select. We do not take any action on a connected account without your direction. You may disconnect any platform account at any time, which revokes our access and deletes the associated stored token.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to post content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the terms of service of any connected platform (including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Developer Terms of Service). You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish through the Service.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload or publish through the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your content; we process it only as needed to provide the publishing and analytics features you use.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party platforms (such as TikTok) may be affected by changes to those platforms' APIs or policies outside our control.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse connected-platform permissions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
